We process account details such as your name and email address, authentication information supplied by your sign-in provider, course enrolments, progress, submissions, notes, contact messages, and technical security logs.

Why we process it

We use this information to authenticate you, operate the learning experience, track progress, issue certificates, send service emails, respond to support requests, and protect the platform.

Service providers

The platform may use Google for single sign-on, Microsoft Graph for service email, and hosting infrastructure needed to deliver and secure the application. These providers process only the information needed for their role.

Retention and your choices

Learning data is generally kept while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Support and security records are retained only as necessary for operational or legal purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form.

Cookies

We use necessary session and security cookies for authentication and form protection. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
